We are not responsible for delays in shipments and deliveries. All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, or other events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the products over to the carrier.

Sari La Art uses Shopify services so that we can provide the Services to you. However, for all purchases you make in our store, the contracting party is Sari La Art directly. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Sari La Art, including any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from products or services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with the Sari La Art store.
